Channel Chamber’s 2010 AGM

This year our Annual General Meeting will be taking place on Friday 12th November and Chamber members and non-members are most welcome to join us.
The AGM will be held at the Chamber’s offices at Shearway Business Park in Folkestone, beginning at noon and this will be followed by a buffet lunch Our new Chamber President Damian Collins will be giving us a short review of his first three months as an MP and there will be an opportunity to meet and talk to members of our Chamber Board.

East Kent Conference - The Big Society

Registrations are now open for this exciting event. The Big Society is happening in East Kent now, with rising demand for services but massively reduced budgets across the four districts of Dover , Canterbury , Shepway and Thanet, resourceful ways of working need to be introduced. Public and voluntary sectors will need to communicate and collaborate better than ever before to meet this challenge, which is why the East Kent LSP is working with CASE Kent to facilitate the East Kent Conference – Big Society in East Kent .
